All programs require participants to attend all appointments, class sessions, etc., and to be drug and alcohol free.

Directions:

From Kentucky: Travel South on US 23 to the City of Norton, VA. Take Exit 2B into the City of Norton. At 4th traffic light, turn right onto Seventh Street. Park Avenue Center office building will be on the immediate right.

From Tennessee: Travel North on US 23 to the City of Norton, VA. Take Exit 2A into the City of Norton. At 1st traffic light, turn left. At next traffic light, turn right onto Park Avenue. At 3rd traffice light, turn left onto Seventh Street. Park Avenue Center office building will be on the immediate right.

From West Virginia: Travel South on Route 19, turn right on Alt. Route 58 West to the City of Norton. At 6th traffic light, turn right onto Seventh Street. Park Avenue Center office building will be on the immediate right.

From Interstate 81: take Exit 17 at Abingdon. Right at bottom of exit ramp, travel approximately 3/4 mile, at 3rd traffic light make left onto Valley Street, at next light make right onto Russell Road. Travel approximately 1 mile, at light make right onto Routh 19 North. Travel approximately 12 miles and make left onto Alt. Route 58 West. Travel approximately 40 miles on Alt. Route 58 West to the City of Norton (bypassing the Towns of Castlewood, St. Paul and Coeburn). After entering the City of Norton city limits, at 6th traffic light, turn left onto Seventh Street. Park Avenue Center office building will be on the immediate right.
